Neighbors, don’t forget that the Sibley Forest Clubhouse is available for rental for special occasions, group meetings, birthday parties, family reunions, rehearsal dinners, etc.  It is a lovely venue at reasonable rates.

 

For those new to the neighborhood -- there are two rooms that may be rented separately, or the entire clubhouse may be rented. In the summer, the outdoor pool pavilion is available. One room is an “activity room” – perfect for youth events and children's birthday parties. The other room is a “formal room” -- more suited for private meetings, cocktail parties and “grown-up” occasions.

 

Rental rates are on the Sibley Forest website (see fee schedule chart), and available dates can be found on the Sibley Forest website calendar. A typical week night rate for the formal room or activity room is $100. On weekend nights, either the formal room or activity room rent for $200 each, and the whole clubhouse is $300. The pool pavilion can be rented for $50 during the summer for pool parties.
