Halloween Parade and Pizza Party

Schedule of Events
- Parade goers gather at 5 p.m. (Gunby/Sharp Mountain)
- Parade will start at 5:15 p.m.
- Pizza and Trick-or-Treating will follow
We'll gather at the corner of Gunby Road and Sharp Mountain Creek beginning at 5 p.m., then parade down to the clubhouse at 5:15 p.m. for a pizza dinner before trick-or-treating. Bring a blanket and enjoy a quick picnic dinner with your neighbors!
Trick-or-treating starts at 6:15 p.m. after everyone has been served dinner and had a chance to eat.
Dinner:
Menu will include cheese pizza, fruit and water
$12 per Sibley family until October 25, Cost will increase to $15 per family on October 26
add $3 per guest (any non-Sibley adult or child - including relatives)
Please be sure to account for your entire party in your payments so we order enough pizza

Pay online with Paypal (convenience fee applies)
CHECK payable to SFWC and dropped off at the Sibley Clubhouse mailbox.
You must put your name and number of adults and children attending on your check

Final Deadline - October 29
Note: If you want to only parade and not eat, you can do that. Just come along and parade!
Volunteers:
We are still looking for additional volunteers to help hand out pizza and help with cleanup. Please contact Nadine Walley if you can help with this fun event!
Information concerning Road Closure on Halloween Night:
Gunby Road will be closed between the clubhouse and Sharp Mountain Creek from 4:45 p.m. until 6:15 p.m., Saturday, October 31. Plan now to use an alternate route if you must enter or exit the neighborhood during this time. We really need that stretch of Gunby Road to be completely free of vehicle traffic during the parade. This is for the safety of all participants in our annual Halloween Parade. We are expecting over 350 residents to parade in this year's event.
