HOA meeting review....
On Monday, February 27, the membership of the Sibley Forest Homeowners Association convened the 2012 Annual Meeting of the neighborhood HOA. Before a standing room crowd at the Clubhouse, the HOA Board of Directors presented the annual "State of the Association" to residents.
The Board explained its renewed emphasis on the financial health and solvency of the neighborhood, renewed focus on architectural controls, as well as on the latest strategic investment in capital improvements, including a renovation of the subdivision front entrance. The Board also announced a modest increase in annual homeowners dues for 2012, the first such dues increase in five years.
A new board of directors was voted on and approved. Your new board now consists of these volunteers:
Rodney Cline, president
Susan Van Dyke
Greg Creel, treasurer
Cindy Carr, secretary
